As an Exchange Bank Account Services Specialist, you have the opportunity to be part of a specialized team, while collaborating with other teams within the operations area. This team contributes to the operation of the bank by ensuring all internal documentation is accurate.
Essential Functions:
Perform duties for all branch locations in the by maintaining records in the following areas:
ATM: Ordering ATM and debit cards for consumer and businesses
Customer Identification Information: Adding new customers, updating existing information
Deposit Accounts/IRAs: Processing new accounts, updating existing accounts, rate modifications and offsets, complete requested maintenance
Safe Deposit Boxes: Adding new agreements, verifying agreements
Year End: Correcting and adding any required entries related to year end processing
Assisting with MIB requests including new employees, tokens, wire limit increases and downloading ACH & Wire reports monthly
Processing garnishments & levies for each branch
Daily report reviews, referencing, unidentified image tasks as assigned, to ensure ongoing system integrity.
FIDM processing, AVS and SSI verifications, IRS tin matching monthly entries
Uploading IntraFi new accounts, renewals and any maintenance requested
- Follow defined bank and Account Services procedures and assist in the development of processes within areas of responsibility.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
PC skills with proficiency in MS Office, email software, bank operations and document scanning software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating tact and professionalism with co-workers
Attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills and ability to complete work in a timely and accurate manner
Knowledge of and compliance with bank regulations and policies
Must work well in a team environment and independently.
Minimum educational and experience requirements: Banking or business experience required. Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred, but not required.
